Mr. Jibson is an Associate in HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory and CFO Services practice. He has more than four years of accounting and finance experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed companies through complex accounting, reporting, and operational initiatives.
Mr. Jibson provides financial statement preparation and analysis, close management and optimization, technical accounting research, and forecasting and budgeting assistance.
Prior to joining HamptonRock, Mr. Jibson worked on the finance team at Awardco where he contributed to corporate accounting functions, led month-end close processes and annual audits, and supported the company through various financing rounds. He started his career in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice. Mr. Jibson graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. and an M.S. in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah.
