Mr. Loving is a Vice President in HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory practice, specializing in financial due diligence and M&A advisory. He has over 7 years of M&A diligence, finance & accounting experience advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other accounting initiatives.
Mr. Loving has advised on more than 50 transactions across logistics, industrials, business and environmental services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology-enabled services. Engagements have ranged from $10 million to over $1 billion in enterprise value, with analyses covering normalized earnings, net working capital, cash flows, and key value drivers.
Prior to HamptonRock, Mr. Loving was a Senior Manager in PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, where he focused on financial due diligence, serving large-cap and middle-market private equity firms as well as corporate clients, and oversaw reporting on critical deal considerations. Earlier, he worked in PwC’s Assurance practice serving Fortune 500 clients on SEC reporting, GAAP compliance, and internal controls.
Mr. Loving graduated from Texas A&M University, holding a B.B.A. in Accounting, as well as an M.S. in Financial Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
