His industry background includes industrial and energy services, logistics and storage, industrial distribution, and facility services.

Mr. Maher provides M&A and accounting advisory services, including quality of earnings, net working capital analyses, debt and debt-like considerations, operational transaction analytics, and purchase agreement review.

Prior to HamptonRock, Mr. Maher held positions at EY and Houlihan Lokey. He earned an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
