Ms. Salvatierra is a Portfolio Manager on the HamptonRock Wealth Management team, where she specializes in portfolio construction, investment analysis, risk management, and market research to support client goals.

Prior to joining HamptonRock, Ms. Salvatierra was a senior associate in the Portfolio Valuation & Advisory Services group at Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional and financial services firm. At A&M, she conducted independent valuation of illiquid investments across a variety of industries and alternative assets, including private equity/credit, derivatives and convertible instruments, structured products, and real estate.

Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Salvatierra was an associate in the Alternative Asset Advisory group at Kroll, a global financial and risk advisory firm providing investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance services. At Kroll, Ms. Salvatierra focused on valuation of energy sector investments, with an emphasis on oil and gas assets and emerging renewable energy projects, and performed portfolio reporting, audit reviews, and industry research.

Ms. Salvatierra earned both her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and her Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
