Mr. Bailey is a founding officer of HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory and CFO Services practice. He has over eight years of transaction advisory experience, specializing in financial due diligence and valuation services. His clientele spans a broad spectrum, encompassing financial sponsors, corporate entities, and owner-operator businesses. Mr. Bailey’s experience spans multiple industries including industrial technologies, manufacturing, distribution, energy services, automotive & transportation, chemicals and building products.

Mr. Bailey has been instrumental in successfully advising on more than 100 transactions, consisting of enterprises valued between $5 million and $1 billion, representing acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out initiatives across both domestic and international landscapes. Within his role, he provides a range of M&A and accounting advisory services, including quality of earnings and net working capital analyses, debt and debt-like considerations, operational transaction analytics, review of purchase agreements, and post-close integration services.

Prior to joining HamptonRock, Mr. Bailey held roles at KPMG, EY, and most recently as an officer within Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice.

Mr. Bailey graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University, holding a B.B.A. in Accounting, as well as an M.S. in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and holds Series 79, 63 FINRA securities licenses.
