Ms. Chen is an Analyst in HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory and CFO Services practice, supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients across distribution, consumer, and professional services.
Ms. Chen provides quality of earnings and networking capital analyses, debt-like assessments, operational transaction analytics, and post-close integration support.
Ms. Chen graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.S. in Financial Management.
