Nikita Grezlik Perez

Mrs. Perez is the Director of Operations at HamptonRock Wealth Management. With more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, she brings a strong background in client service, operational strategy, and process optimization.

Throughout her career, Nikita has worked closely with more than 100 families and supported the management of over $300 million in assets. Her deep understanding of both client and advisor needs enhances the effectiveness of the firm’s daily operations. She is focused on driving efficiencies, improving client experience, and supporting advisors through streamlined systems and service delivery.

Before joining HamptonRock, Nikita was instrumental in establishing the Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. office in Austin, Texas, and supporting its day-to-day operations for over 14 years. She began her career at Southwest Securities, Inc. and has advanced through a series of increasingly responsible roles, culminating in her current position as Director of Operations.
