Ms. Khimani is a Vice President in HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory practice, specializing in financial due diligence and M&A advisory. She has more than five years of experience in M&A diligence, finance, and accounting, advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other accounting-related initiatives.

Ms. Khimani has advised on more than 40 transactions across consumer goods, healthcare, industrials, manufacturing, distribution, and technology-enabled services. Engagements have ranged from $5 million to over $2 billion in enterprise value, with analyses covering normalized earnings, net working capital, cash flows, and key value drivers.

Prior to joining HamptonRock, Ms. Khimani was a Director in the Deals practice at EY-Parthenon, where she focused on financial due diligence, primarily serving large-cap and middle-market private equity firms as well as corporate clients. Earlier in her career, she worked in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, including a rotation in their Data Analytics group helping to provide clients with key data insights.

Ms. Khimani holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
