Mr. Fritsche is a founding officer of HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory and CFO Services practice. He has spent the last decade specializing in accounting and financial due diligence services for an extensive portfolio of financial sponsors, as well as corporate and family-owned management teams. His experience covers multiple industries, including industrials, business services, manufacturing, distribution and energy & infrastructure.

Mr. Fritsche has contributed to over 100 transactions of varying complexities. These transactions span both domestic and cross-border landscapes, and encompass acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out initiatives, with enterprise values ranging from $10 million to $2 billion. In his role, he tackles a range of critical M&A considerations, such as quality of earnings assessments, net working capital analysis, indebtedness considerations, transaction analytics, purchase agreement support, and post-close integration strategies.

Prior to his role at HamptonRock, Mr. Fritsche served as a Senior Vice President within Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. During this tenure, he worked with some of the middle market’s most dynamic and sophisticated private equity firms. He has also spent four years as a member of KPMG’s deal advisory team.

Mr. Fritsche graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University, holding a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Honors, as well as an M.S. in Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and holds Series 79, 63 FINRA securities licenses.
