Mr. Kenagy is a Director in HamptonRock’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He has more than 12 years of experience in transactions advisory, advising clients across acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and complex transaction accounting initiatives. His industry focus spans oil and gas, manufacturing, professional services, chemicals, industrial products, transportation, technology, and retail power.

Mr. Kenagy has advised on a broad range of transactions across both domestic and international markets, serving financial sponsors, public and private corporate entities, and closely held founder-owned businesses. His work encompasses quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, debt and debt-like considerations, operational and key performance analytics, preparation of pro forma adjusted financials, net debt analyses, and purchase agreement reviews.

Prior to joining HamptonRock, Mr. Kenagy was a Senior Director in Riveron’s Transaction Services practice. He previously worked at PwC in the Deals Advisory and Assurance practices.

He graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.B.A. in both Finance and Accounting (dual major). He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
