Mr. Dickerson is a Director in HamptonRock’s Investment Banking practice. He has over 12 years of investment banking experience advising companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic and financial transactions. His experience spans the consumer sector, with a particular focus on consumer packaged goods, food, and beverage companies. He has also spent time within the energy sector.

Prior to joining HamptonRock, Mr. Dickerson spent over a decade at Citi in New York, most recently as a Director in the firm’s Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group. During his time at Citi, he advised public and private companies and financial sponsors on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financings, and other strategic initiatives. He also developed extensive experience working with senior executives, boards of directors, and business owners on complex strategic and financial matters.

Mr. Dickerson graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Economics.
